Christian Father: Ensuring Spiritual and Physical Safety for My Family
As a Christian, husband, and father, I believe it is my responsibility to ensure my family is spiritually nourished, physically protected, and equipped to face life’s challenges. My main priority is to make sure my family comes first, the cars are in good condition, the house is well-maintained, and the ammunition is stocked.
I approach preparedness as a matter of common sense. Like having a spare tire, it’s essential to be ready for emergencies that may arise. By prioritizing the safety and well-being of my family, I can provide them with the stability and security they need to thrive.
I look at preparedness as common sense. You have a spare tire, so have a can of beans for when your tire blows out… In my experience, it’s never just the tire blowing out that day. Crisis seems to come in droves at the same time. We have a flat tire, we get laid off, and then we find out we’re having a baby. That’s a lot to deal with in a short period of time. If only we had tools and skills to cope with these things. That’s where I come in. I will endeavor to direct you towards skills, tools, instructors, and information that will help you in the long run. I have experiences that, I hope, will help you; most of which involved spending money.
My goal is to guide you in acquiring the necessary skills, tools, instructors, and information to help you in your preparedness journey. I have valuable experiences to share, which may help you avoid some of the mistakes I’ve made. I am not an expert, but I can offer you insights based on my experiences, which may be beneficial as you navigate your own path.
By sharing our knowledge and experiences, we can create a supportive community that helps each other without expecting anything in return. When I first recognized the importance of self-reliance, it was like being jolted awake from a deep sleep. The sudden realization of potential danger made me act impulsively, leading to panic buying and stockpiling items we didn’t even use. This experience taught me a valuable lesson: to be mindful of what we consume and to prioritize better quality food.
As you embark on your preparedness journey, I encourage you to pay attention to your current eating habits and explore healthier alternatives. By setting a goal to incorporate better quality foods into your diet, you’ll create a more sustainable lifestyle for yourself and your family. And who knows, one day you might turn around and find your pantry filled with organic ingredients, leaving you to wonder how that transformation took place.

My authority comes from a combination of my military background and my dedication to preparedness. With nine years of service in combat arms, I received valuable training and conditioning that have shaped my approach to preparedness. After leaving the military, I realized the importance of being prepared for various scenarios, including potential threats to our nation.
I initially used the idea of preparing for a zombie apocalypse as a catalyst to start my preparedness journey, but this has since evolved into a more efficient and focused approach. My current focus is on preparing for the possibility of a political class destroying our country and creating a Soviet-style oligarchy, as well as other potential threats.
My ultimate goal is to help you not only with your preparedness efforts but also to lead you to Christ. As you embark on your journey, I hope to provide you with the guidance, support, and resources you need to achieve your goals and navigate any challenges that may arise.
My military training provided me with a solid foundation for preparedness, but I’ve also learned a great deal about firearms tactics and other essential skills through personal research and training with professionals like Kris at CSG. My deployment during a conflict allowed me to gain valuable experience in urban environment operations, convoy operations, and dealing with various challenges and stimuli.
Although there are aspects of my military experience that I would handle differently if given the chance, I try not to dwell on the past too much. My individual credibility comes from both my military background and my ongoing commitment to learning and improving my preparedness skills. This includes staying up-to-date on the latest firearms and equipment developments to ensure that I’m well-equipped to handle any potential threats or challenges that may arise.
